Should you join Jamberry?
Committing to any direct sales business is a BIG decision! If you are anything like me, you want to know some details before signing on the dotted line. Here’s a list of the top 5 questions people ask before they decide to join Jamberry.
1. How long has Jamberry been around? How is the leadership?
Jamberry’s founders, three sisters, started their social sales model in 2011 and it has been growing by leaps and bounds ever since! Our current CEO has over 20 years of direct sales experience and is surrounded by a strong team that is dedicated to our success. The founding sisters still remain an active and integral part of Jamberry today!
Jamberry is also a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) and abides to their code of ethics.
2. Is there a market for the products Jamberry sells?
Yes! It is a booming industry! According to a 2016 Global Market Brief, the nail care market is growing at a rate of almost 6% a year. There is increasing demand for salon quality products that can be used in the home and for attributes such as “8 free”, “cruelty free”, non-toxic, and vegan.
Our product team is AMAZING! They are constantly bringing new and innovative products to the market. There is a HOT new lacquer/gel hybrid called ColourCure that just released on August 1st and is already a HUGE hit.
Jamberry is also an international company! We are currently available in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Mexico.
3. Must I stock inventory or deliver products? What about auto-ships?
Jamberry is 100% web-based. Consultants can have a professional website (for a small monthly fee) where customers can easily and conveniently shop at their leisure. Products are shipped to them direct from our warehouses.
Jamberry does not require auto-ship of product! When you join Jamberry, everything you need to get started is in your kit!
4. What is the compensation plan? What about sales requirements? Training?
Jamberry offers a generous compensation plan. Consultants earn 30-40% of everything purchased through their website. You are not required to build a team, but if you want to bring others into the business with you, there are additional incentives.
There are also product and marketing rewards for reaching Fast Start benchmarks and many other incentive programs announced on a regular basis. Jamberry really is focused on their consultants!
Consultants are only required to meet a $600 (or international equivalent) sales total annually in order to stay active.
Our training is top-notch! We have Jamberry University, a National Sales Director specifically for helping new consultants, social media training, AMAZING team training through pages or 1:1, our annual JAMCON conference, regional and area meetings, and MORE… we are constantly being given new and improved tools to succeed!
5. How much does it cost to become a consultant? Is there a discount or rebate on my starter kit?
Right now, there are two starter kit options available for you to start with.
I definitely recommend the Style Essentials Kit when you join Jamberry! Over $300 of products for only $200! As if that wasn’t good enough, this kit also counts towards your first sales bonus, whereas, the basic starter kit does not!
The Basic Starter Kit is only $99 and a great way to start off your Jamberry business. This kit is also eligible for a “kit credit discount” if you host a qualifying party with a current consultant!
